We want you to love your shift uniform. If your size or style isn't right, return or exchange your unworn garments within 30 days of purchase — either online or in person at our Little Rock shop.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges
Bring your items directly to our shop at 9601 Baptist Health Drive, Suite 101, Little Rock. We can immediately exchange your items for the right size from our in-store racks or process your refund on the spot.If you used payroll deduct we can offer store credit only.
Remember: We validate parking in the Medical Tower #1 lot!

Mail-In Returns
If you are unable to visit our Little Rock store, contact us at info@arscrubspot.com with your order number. We will provide return shipping instructions for your package.
Return processing takes 2–4 business days once received.
Return Guidelines & Requirements
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and odor-free with all original manufacturer tags attached.
- Footwear must be tested on clean indoor surfaces, have no visible wear and should be returned in the original shoe box.
- Items customized with clinic logos, individual names, or specialty embroidery are non-returnable unless defective.
- Returns requested after 30 days from purchase may be eligible for store credit at our team's discretion.
- Items returned that include styles and/or colors not sold in-store will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
